Description

Cragun's Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented and guest service focused Security Supervisor! The Security Supervisor is responsible for staff management and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees!

Requirements

• Service guests by answering questions, giving directions, shuttling when needed, etc
• Work alongside the Director of Operations in scheduling the work and duties of security staff
• Writing clear reports and logs as needed
• Consistent monitoring and patrolling of property
• Following checklists on securing infrastructure (rooms, cabins, buildings and systems)
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check
• A valid driver's license with a clear driving record is required
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be personable, enthusiastic, and organized
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to work independently
