Baer is looking for SAP Order to Cash Consultant for a 3+ month project located in Farmington, CT

Title: SAP Order to Cash Consultant
Location: Remote and travel 1 week per month to Farmington CT
Duration: 3 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 Required (C2C Not Permitted)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to order management, billing, invoicing, and cash collection processes.
• Identify gaps between client needs and standard SAP functionalities and propose custom solutions as necessary.
• Design end-to-end SAP solutions tailored to meet client's order to cash requirements.
• Configure SAP modules such as SD, FI, and CO to support order processing, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Customize workflows, reports, and interfaces to streamline order management and cash collection processes.
• Lead SAP implementation projects from initiation to post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Conduct testing, data migration, and training activities to ensure successful deployment of SAP solutions.
• Continuously monitor and analyze OTC processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize cash flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track OTC performance against targets.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and address system-related queries.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of SAP OTC functionalities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of SAP Order to Cash implementation experience within the A&D industry
• 3+ years leading large teams
• Must have Executive level communications abilities
• A&D industry experience required
• Onsite 1 week per month in Farmington, CT
