Projects the candidate will be working on:

• ACET/Salesforce

Ideal Background:

• We need Salesforce certified individuals who has done salesforce development in the past.
• Health care experience is preferred and not required.

Team and Team size:

• part of a team

Top Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate at highly varying levels of abstraction including business strategy, product strategy, technical design, and implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills- this role is heavily collaborative.

Software tools/skills:

• 4+ Years of Salesforce Architect experience
• Experience Integration 3rd party applications into Salesforce
• Lightning Implementation Experience

Skills/attributes:

• 10+ Years of IT experience
• Strong communication skills with geographically diverse IT team and business stakeholders
• Agile Methodologies development experienced.

Nice to have:

• a. Healthcare, Salesforce architect certified.

Working Time:

•  flexible 9am-5pm

Interview Process:

• 1st interview - culture, salary fit, clarify items on resume
• 2nd interview – technical
• 3rd interview if needed
• a. Video vs. phone? Both
• b. How technical will the interviews be? They will not be too technical but we will be evaluating their sales force expertise.
