The Sales Solution Architect provides pre-sales support for the sales organization through leadership of consultative demonstrations, support of key sales initiatives and representation at industry and technical events. The Sales Solution Architect will work hand in hand with the InterAction Account Executives to provide customized software demonstrations to prospective clients. In addition, the Sales Solution Architect is a key liaison with Product Management to determine needs and requirements for portfolio enhancements and provide continuous market feedback regarding portfolio strengths and weaknesses.

Accountabilities:
1. Lead in the presales process to understand client requirements, technical objectives, and product features
2. Support POS and Revenue achievement across sales organization
3. Partner with sales representatives in opportunity management through consultative presentation and demonstration support to prospects
4. Responsible for deep technical knowledge of product portfolio to support detailed demonstration of product capabilities and benefits
5. Effectively communicate solution and architecture to the client and any relevant third parties
6. Interact with Sales, product management, engineering and professional services to influence future product enhancements and direction
7. Ensure proposals are accurate and reflects capabilities of the solutions
8. Build proof of concept tools and demonstration materials
9. Develop and maintain presentation materials and value propositions in partnership with marketing and product management
10. Support new sales team members through product and sales process training
11. Partner with Product Management and Marketing to determine thought leadership, trade show and industry opportunities to advance the portfolio brand and awareness
12. Represent product portfolio through speaking engagements, industry events and trade shows
13. Provide monthly reporting on territory activity and industry/market trends and observations
14. Manage internal sales demonstration systems and tools
15. Respond as required to RFP requests on behalf of the organization
16. Expected total travel 50%

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience
3. High technical aptitude including excellent knowledge of software environments
4. Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and CRM applications
5. Knowledge of legal industry a plus
6. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts plainly and simply
7. Strong consulting & Pre-Sales skills, flexibility and resourcefulness
8. Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
9. Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives at client firms, industry leaders and partners throughout the value chain to support progressing the sales cycle
