We are seeking a proactive individual to help us continually improve and enhance our sales compensation strategy as a part of the groundbreaking VIP Sales Operations team. In this cross-functional role, you will partner with various stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of our sales compensation strategy and interpret results to inform compensation design decisions. What you'll do as VIP Sales Operations Associate:

  • Obtain a deep knowledge of the VIP sales model, compensation strategy, key performance metrics, and sales tools.
  • Partner with VIP sales leadership to design and implement sales compensation plans to drive winning behaviors in line with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to implement sales contests and sales performance incentive funds to maximize performance at critical times.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics Team to improve visibility to the reporting and tracking of compensation and sales team metrics.
  • Measure the effectiveness of the sales compensation plans and interpret results to make data-driven recommendations on compensation design decisions.
  • Deliver training and create related documentation on the sales compensation process.
  • Provide analytical support to sales leadership and translate results into actionable insights.
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Ideally, you have 2+ years of relevant experience in sales operations or variable compensation design.
  • Experience designing and managing incentive plans for a sales team.
  • Proficiency with Excel, including developing spreadsheets with formulas, functions, pivot tables, and lookups.
  • A strong team mentality with the proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams and navigate constantly evolving business environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges.
