Position Overview
The Novelis North America Automotive team is looking for a Sales Manager with extensive proven experience to join a dynamic, growth focused commercial auto team.
The role will focus on maximizing the Auto business growth and profitability ensuring Novelis has a flawless supply chain with the account. It is crucial for the role to keep good relationship with key accounts and work collaboratively with them to identify "win win" opportunities. The Sales Manager must have clear, concise communication with our customers to ensure alignment, especially in light of any supply chain, quality, or other issues that may occur.
This position is responsible for developing and managing the customer plan, market strategy, product portfolio, service strategy, negotiation tactics and pricing levels along with product management, consistent with the value stream goals and objectives.
