Job Summary

This is a great opportunity to work within Sales Operations to enable an effective and proactive Field Sales team by enhancing and managing our lead management process. This role will also have oversight of other sales systems i.e. Dodge, D&B Self-Source and others. The Sales Operations Specialist will partner with other departments around use of sales systems and programs to maximize efficiency and execution of lead management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation, development and oversight of lead and opportunity management program for field sales team - includes current Dodge / Self Sourced opportunity management as well as additional functionality that is introduced i.e. National Accounts, New Accounts, etc.
  • Prepare analysis, reporting and dashboards on lead and opportunity program as necessary - including program measurement, win/loss ratio, etc.
  • Extract data from our CRM system and other potential sources as input into analysis/reporting
  • Align and work closely with marketing and NACIC on lead and opportunity program
  • Partner with all levels of field sales on program improvements
  • Own the relationship with any lead/opportunity source vendors: i.e. Dodge
  • Participate in and lead North American Blitz Campaigns as appropriate
  • Development and maintenance of sales systems training / instruction guides for all user groups
  • Delivery of training and support sessions as necessary
  • Development and maintenance of instruction guides for Area Sales Manager, Territory Reps and Architects & Design Reps
  • Primary HQ point of contact for field ADR team as it relates to goals within CRM
  • Work closely with CRM Implementation Manager as appropriate

Required Skills
  • College degree
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting sales teams and their objectives
  • Extremely proficient in required software programs (Microsoft Office, CRM)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Effective time management and problem solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated and efficient
  • Ability to analyze situation and identify opportunities for success
  • High aptitude for interaction and collaboration with colleagues
