JOB DESCRIPTION

CX360 is seeking a Sales Engineer for our rapidly growing Customer Experience (CX) AI business group. This role can be remotely based anywhere in the United States. We deliver unbelievable CX outcomes with expert orchestration using Intelligent Virtual Agent and digital messaging in our modern cloud native Google platform we call MOSAIC.

This role requires technical aptitude and is aligned with the sales organization providing support for existing account growth and New Logo Hunter prospects. This individual ensures the deal is within the requirements of the MOSAIC platform and can be delivered by the business to meet client needs.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing hands-on, pre-sales technical guidance to the sales team, supporting deals for prospects and existing accounts
  • Creating and delivering technical sales-focused presentations and content to buyers
  • Identifying requirements and developing advanced solution configurations in response to client needs to enable the sellers to progress a sale
  • Configuring and presenting relevant use cases and demonstrations to prospects and clients
  • Developing and maintaining expert technical understanding of CX360 solution Mosaic and how it is differentiated from competitive solutions
  • Serving as the go-to technical resource for sellers to close deals with prospects and clients
  • Supporting sellers by identifying and scoping additional sales opportunities, based on technical requirements, configurations and product roadmap
  • Working in collaboration with Product, Go-to-market and Marketing teams to ensure you are up to date on all things that are in progress and coming to Mosaic platform for client consumption
  • Maintaining an active social presence to be seen as a thought leader in the industry
  • Achieving assigned bookings quota

What You Bring

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in computer networking, computer science, information technology. Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Required Experience

  • 2 - 4 years in a technical sales role with client-facing responsibilities
  • Track record of aiding in closing net new deals and identifying opportunities
  • Proven ability to establish customer rapport and credibility through demonstration of deep technical expertise
  • Comfortable working both independently and on a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and time management
  • Experience working with remote collaboration/presentation tools
  • Independent ability to leverage the Microsoft suite of products (PPT, Excel, Word) to clearly articulate a compelling message to the client and prospects at the C-Suite
