We will count on you to:

• Liaise between clients and surety company through day to day account management and surety representation for surety/bonds clients
• Perform bond underwriting, including financial analysis, contract review and bond preparation
• Support new business leads with an evolution to an independent sales production role
• Attend relevant continuing education seminar and training as you develop your surety/bond knowledge

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Finance or Accounting
• 0 - 2+ years of successful business to business sales experience
• Ability to learn, understand and champion sales process/campaigns, and value proposition
• In office presence required
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

• Property & Casualty licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment required
