We are currently looking for proactive, organized individuals to support organic growth efforts within Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA). Sales Associates work in a variety of situations, at times working as members of a team and other times working on individual assignments. This position prepares an associate to progress into a variety of positions within the organization, including sales, consulting and client service. Sales Associates work closely with the Growth Development and Department Leaders on training and development opportunities in an effort to prepare an associate to progress into a selected career path.

We are looking for a self-starter with a "can do, will do" attitude; a problem solver with good time management skills, and the ability to be organized and meet competing demands.

Success in this role requires:

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
• Effective problem solving and resolution skills
• Strong organizational, project planning and management, analytical and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent relationship building and presentation skills, as well as a high degree of self-motivation and drive
• Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, social media (such a Twitter and LinkedIn)
