The Sales Analytical Specialist is designed to support several processes and initiatives for the Sales Organization. The main focus is to provide reporting on sales performance by segment (business area, customer type, brand level, etc.). This role focuses on providing rich and actionable insights on sales data to increase productivity and effectiveness of the Sales Organization.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Other Responsibilities
Proactively look for opportunities to streamline processes
Serve as a consultant to the business, providing guidance around CDW’s sales data and Enterprise Data Warehouse
Work collaboratively with other members of the Sales Operations team as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (will be tested)
2 + years’ experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Other Required Qualifications
Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Possess exceptional oral and written communications skills and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals
History of balancing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to Sales Management
Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships
Self-starter with ability to work independently with little supervisor
