Summary:

Sales products for manufacturer or distributor to business and industrial establishments or individuals at sales office, store, showroom, or customer's place of business by performing the following duties.





Primary responsibilities:




* Legal: COI Requests, Pre-Qual submissions, Upload Subcontracts and PO’s into Unity and follow through with customer and Legal until completion
* Street Closures – complete all applications for permits, check requests for the police, flaggers, etc. - Research all pricing associated with closures, including working with Atlas Flasher to determine detour plan of action/equipment needed/cost, etc.
* Order Confirmations
* Phone Coverage – 2 hrs./day and back-up as needed when others are out
* Handle multiple customer and Sales Reps requests via email and phone for job look ups, invoices, job tickets, vendor set ups, credit apps, COI’s, W-9’s, status of contracts and PO approvals, complete miscellaneous check requests
* Back up for issuing Bare Rental Agreements
* Approve orders as back up
* Send COD forms to the customer and follow up after the job is over to collect any OT

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.



Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.



Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
