Description: Our client is currently seeking a RN - 3p-11p
Join our dedicated team in providing exceptional person-directed care to residents in a safe and vibrant community. As a Registered Nurse, you'll lead and direct caregivers, ensuring high-quality care and resident satisfaction. We have two openings: one for a 9-day schedule and another for an 8-day schedule (see details below).
Schedules:
- 9-day: Week 1 (Sun/Tu/W/Th) - Week 2 (M/T/W/F/Sat)
- 8-day: Week 1 (Sun/T/W/F) - Week 2 (M/T/F/Sat)
- Facilitate nursing care, incorporating residents in decision-making processes.
- Assess and evaluate residents' needs, promoting independence in compliance with regulations.
- Lead and support care partners, ensuring accountability for resident care.
- Perform direct nursing services, including medication administration and treatments.
- Coordinate residents' care plans with interdisciplinary teams and family members.
- Actively engage in the community's quality improvement program.
- Education: Completion of Licensed Registered Nursing Program (RN)
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional managerial experience in a related field
- Certifications: Current RN license in Pennsylvania, CPR certification
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Senior Care or Rehabilitation Experience
