The Retention Executive - Employer Group is responsible for growing membership within existing accounts and for directly managing business relationships with client accounts. The Retention Executive - Employer Group work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
The Retention Executive - Employer Group oversees customer account management, including negotiatingrenewals and agreements. Develops and oversees customer retention campaigns and develops Broker relationships. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Held accountable for meeting Retention and Cross Sales Goals. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
