Overview

Join a fun team environment and work with the best customers in the industry... K-State Fans! This position is located at the K-State Super Store and is responsible for specializing in the creation of a positive customer experience through outgoing and helpful means.

This position is a part time position and must be able to work at least 20 hours per week.

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Ensure a quality customer service oriented atmosphere at all times.
• Open, close, and operate cash registers to ensure efficient check out.
• Open and close store in a timely manner.
• Design and coordinate retail displays.
• Tag and stock incoming merchandise.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of retail department.
• Completes position specific training plan, and engages in continuous development utilizing a developmental plan.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work 20 hours a week.
• Must have excellent oral and communication skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Ability to make decisions quickly.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be punctual.
• Must be able to occasionally work in high areas.
