LifeMoves is seeking dependable Residential Services Coordinators for regular part-time and full-time positions throughout San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties to help at COVID isolation motels. These roles will also transition to traditional RSC roles at our shelter sites when the COVID isolation motels close down.
Position Summary: The Residential Services Coordinator's (RSC) primary role and responsibility is to provide safety supervision of program participants; and, work collaboratively with other staff in assisting clients towards the goals of permanent housing and a stable income. Successful RSC's will demonstrate strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and diplomatic limit setting. Duties will eventually include, but are not limited to - client exit and entry supervision, monitor client activities ensuring program rules are abided, answering phones, accepting donations and helping maintain cordial neighborhood relations. For the COVID isolation motels, duties will involve contact-less meal drops, responding via phone to client needs, data quality assurance, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure clients safely complete isolation. The salary for the RSC position is $19 - $21 an hour (an additional $1.50 for swing shifts 5pm - 12am, and an additional $2.00 for grave shifts 12am - 8am).
