The Research Development Strategist will be a key partner in advancing the ISCBRM's robust research enterprise and increasing collaboration and will work in partnership with the Institute Director and Research Program Leaders. This position will report to the Director of Finance and Administration. The Research Development Strategist will possess the ability to work independently, and be capable of executing decisions with limited supervision and sometimes limited information. The successful candidate will possess and demonstrate a positive outlook and maintain a service-focused mindset. They will have excellent organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; and a commitment to the principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. The incumbent will join a thriving community of collaborative Research Development Professionals at Stanford dedicated to helping Stanford affiliates at all levels secure funding for their innovative research.The ISCBRM research program is internationally renowned and is funded by multiple Federal and non-Federal sponsors and donors and includes a large contingent of laboratory staff, post-docs, graduate students and other highly trained professionals.
