We are a multi faceted leader in the digital marketing and media industry that specializes in lead generation, customer acquisition, and performance based marketing.

We've been in business since 2014, have around 200 employees, and are a $100MM company.

Our clients include AMEX, Fidelity, Ally Bank, and TransUnion.

We create financial web properties, products, tools, and content that connect brands with their most valuable audiences.

We drive new customers to our advertisers' products and services, matching our clients' targets and beating their customer acquisition goals.

We also provide full-funnel marketing through custom content and video to promote client brand messages and products.

Our approach generates stronger awareness, branding and targeted audience engagement across millions of consumers both on our sites and our partner sites.

Due to growth we are actively hiring a Director of Engineering w/ 8+ years of experience in leadership, experience in consumer facing sites, and technical experience with AWS, Node, Python, and/or PHP.

90% of our work is mobile, so a strong background working on mobile apps or a team that has managed mobile apps is important.

You will be managing two groups of developers focused on our two core businesses, Credit Vertical & Personal Finance.

This role will manage tools and features that are consumer facing and will make an impact to the growth of our business.

An ideal candidate will have strong executive presence with the ability to lead cross-functional meetings, as well as a strong mix of both technical skills and the ability to drive strategic thinking.

We are looking for someone with strong managerial chops, the ability to dive deep into data, and effectively communicate their findings and recommendations to our business leaders.

This role will work across various teams across multiple time zones-- strong communication skills are a must.

What You Will Be Doing - Manage, mentor and grow a team of engineers (both in-house and off-shore) that are focused on innovation and delivery
