    Minimum education qualification
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
    The ideal candidate will have:
    • 5+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst¿/ Systems Analyst
    • Experience¿and understanding of¿e-Commerce capabilities, CMS(AEM),¿API¿connections¿¿
    • Established background in an Agile environment with a proven understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle, including but not limited to requirements definition, user experience,¿development practices, testing, and deployment¿
    • Experience with scrum ceremonies including Feature & Development refinement, sprint planning,¿daily stand-ups, and retros¿
    • Experience in Tech Story Prioritization based on Feature and User story prioritization as well as¿Backlog Refinement ceremonies with SME and Scrum Team¿
    • Experience defining non-Functional requirements for Technology Stories¿
    • Led and coordinated a team with story splitting utilizing the SPIDR approach¿
    • Experience creating Process diagrams and business flow for Tech¿Stories,¿managing Business¿
    • Validation and approval of stories and Backlog ownership for integration scrum teams¿
    • Experience managing issue defect progress¿
