The Relationship Specialist plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting of implementations. Ensures project results meet requirements per contract documentation (technical implementation, billing). Monitors execution with focus on customer satisfaction and revenue achievement goals.
