We're growing rapidly and are searching for a Regulatory Operations Specialist who will support our Sportsbook and iGaming regulatory requirements across 11+ states. When you join us, you'll document procedures for supporting teams, review new regulations on a state-by-state basis, and perform gap analysis to facilitate the creation and submission of the internal controls. What you'll do as a Regulatory Operations Specialist:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including third-party providers, partners, and regulators.
  • Act as the first point of contact with partners and regulators on day-to-day operational queries.
  • Assist the Gaming Operations, Compliance, and Product teams with launches in new jurisdictions.
  • Partner with the Compliance team to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee the compilation and delivery of periodic ad hoc reports for regulators and partners.
  • Assist with promotional submissions.
  • Support the response to technical and operational incidents affecting the platform to ensure timely resolution and proper reporting to stakeholders.

What skills you will use:

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in online gaming is preferred.
  • You have executive poise and presence to interface across functions and level.
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and international gaming laws as well as applicable financial laws is preferred. Willingness to learn is a must.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
