We are currently seeking an individual to fill a full-time position within our Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for marketing efforts surrounding the planning, coordination, execution and follow-up of all meetings, trade shows, and other events. This includes, but is not limited to, client and prospect webinars and seminars, prospecting and business partner events, and local and regional employee events. He/She approaches their efforts around the complete lifecycle of each event. Additionally, the Marketing Events Specialist is asked to contribute ideas and execute additional duties as necessary to assist the company in meeting its broad marketing and communications objectives.

Successful candidate will be a service-oriented individual with high standards and a collaborative work style. This position requires an individual who is comfortable working at a varying pace, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities often, and managing frequent interruptions.

Other qualifications are as follows:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related area of study required
• 2-4 years of marketing, communications and/or public relations experience, or educational equivalent
• Service oriented with a collaborative work style and approach
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities to effectively meet multiple deadlines
• Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management and peers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Proficiency in GoToWebinar, Zoom webinar and/or other online webcast tools
