Job Title: Refrigeration Project Manager

Job Summary: In this position you will be responsible for pre-planning and managing construction projects and utilizing all company resources resulting in; satisfied customer, increased productivity, and increased profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date change order, subcontractor, RFI and contingency logs.
• Work with operations manager to ensure labor plan is being carried out.
• Create Mechanical Schedule and Man loading charts on all projects.
• Consistently submit accurate, timely and complete estimates and change order quotations.
• Communication with Purchasing and Fabrication Shop to secure schedule, scope and price.
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment.
• Satisfy customers' needs to develop repeat business.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Construction based degree
• Good Communication skills
• Willing to travel as required
• Experience in the Refrigeration industry is required
• Experience with Microsoft office , Word, Excel and project
• Knowledge in generating construction schedule and updating of same (MS Project).
• Knowledge in reading plan and ISO drawings for purpose of ordering material and estimating of change orders.
• Ability to order, track, and expedite for timely delivery to multiple locations of pipe valves, fittings and specialty items required for the project.
