Our client, a growing financial services firm, is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to join their New York team. Your responsibilities in this role will include overseeing reporting and data maintenance in the HRIS, recommending improvements to recruiting systems and practices to increase efficiency, work with members of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Other day to day tasks will include fielding questions on the HRIS, partnering with the Finance team on reporting requests, and assisting with other ad hoc HR projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong HRIS experience, a high level of proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office, an exceptional sense of discretion, and strong attention to detail. Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or technology
• Exceptional analytical and reporting skills
• High level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems - especially Greenhouse
• Excellent sense of discretion
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• High sense of confidentiality dealing with sensitive documents
