About the job:

Pay: $16.00-$19.00

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (No Weekends required)

The Receptionist is to provide professional and efficient clerical support to the facility, resulting in the delivery of excellent internal and external customer service.

Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum one-year secretarial experience.
• Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
• Able to communicate, verbally and in writing, and work effectively with various levels of staff, residents, family members and the public.
• Proficient typing required.
• Ability to independently operate computer programs and support Executive Assistant with managing inventory.
• Dexterity required in the use of office equipment.

Essentials:

• Assumes responsibility for designated clerical and receptionist duties at front desk.
• Receives incoming telephone calls, screens for correct transfer, and connects with appropriate party.
• Greets and directs visitors; greets, screens, and directs salespersons as advised.
• Monitors for building safety and initiates emergency response when necessary.
• Coordinates with maintenance department to ensure building is properly maintained.
• Receives, sorts and forward's incoming mail; receives and routes package deliveries.
• Processes outgoing facility mail.
