Receptionist Job in Deerfield Beach, FL

We are looking for a receptionist for one of our clients supporting a 55+ community. This role is not only answering phones but supporting all clients that walk into the office as well as providing clerical support for the corporate staff.

This is 100% on-site role with a Monday - Friday traditional schedule: local candidates only.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Helping with visitors and customer inquires in person
• Enter work orders
• Handle mail - outgoing & incoming
• Scanning, filing, and copying
• Ad hoc clerical tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma, AA or BA preferred.
• At least three years of professional work experience; property management preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
