Responsiblities:

• Be the first point of contact for valued customers - Seamlessly route calls to the correct contact, ensure minimal hold times, and maintain a professional and polite demeanor.
• Ensure smooth flow of documents with a keen attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Accurate data entry.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing a multiline phone system.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• At least one year of receptionist/administrative assistant/customer service experience.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
