Join Our Team as a Receptionist!

Are you a dedicated and self-motivated individual looking to join a thriving team in Irvine? We're seeking an experienced Receptionist to become the face of our company. This is a full-time, onsite position with excellent perks and benefits!

Perks and Benefits:

• Competitive salary of $23-25 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday 8-5

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the welcoming face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers
• Demonstrate patience and kindness, especially when assisting seniors or individuals who may need additional guidance
• Manage phone calls, inquiries, and questions with professionalism and clarity
• Maintain and update Outlook calendars, including scheduling appointments and reserving conference rooms
• Track trusts and other important data using Excel spreadsheets, demonstrating proficiency with formulas
• Conduct inventory of office supplies and assist with online ordering as needed
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including assisting with project requests and tasks such as stuffing envelopes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and good judgment in handling sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet experience
