Receptionist

Company in Charlotte is looking for a Receptionist. Temp to perm. Hours: 8-5 M-F. Pay $17/hour.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, transfer calls and take messages
• Order office supplies
• Respond appropriately to client requests
• Greet and assist clients and guests
• Maintain appearance of public areas
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Open and close office

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional Receptionist or Office Assistant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
• Engaging personality and excellent communication skills
