Top Am Law firm seeking a staff attorney for their real estate transactions & affordable housing team. For the right attorney, this role boasts excellent flexiblity not usually afforded by an Am Law firm. The firm starts their associate's billable hours at 1850, lower than the Am Law average. The staff attorney hired for this role may work out a billable schedule best suited for them with pay scaled accordingly. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a top law firm and to have control over your work load.

The right attorney will have:

• 3+ years of real estate transactions experience working on purchase and sales of commercial real estate, financing, and affordable housing
• Barred in CA
• Excellent writing and grades from an accredited law school

The firm currently sees this as a hybrid role so the right candidate will live close enough to go into their LA office. Consideration for their other CA offices may be an option for the right person.
