Description: Our client is currently seeking a R&D Manufacturing Associate in Bradley, IL!

Job Details: On-going Contract (W2, benefits' available)
Location: Bradley, IL 60915

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Execute experiments and trials to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze data and present findings to contribute insights for continuous improvement.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process.
• Document procedures, protocols, and results in compliance with company standards.
• Assist in scaling up processes from development to full-scale production.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to source and evaluate materials

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or research and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
