As a Quality Specialist at Caterpillar Inc., you will perform all warehouse functions, including but not limited to; picking, packing, storing, work direction for other associates, quality control and/or technical support for all functional departments including receiving, shipping, storage, processing, communication and/or related equipment, and packaging to ensure client standards are maintained. A St Paul Quality Specialist will also assist with the Location setup, dual location activities, and many other facility health functions at the facility.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Perform quality control and/or technical support for all functional departments.

* Performing all necessary functions when it comes to processing and completing the daily workload
* Facility Health Duties - Location creation and facility optimization
* Reviewing schematics diagrams

Required Qualifications:
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or electronic schematics diagrams
* Working knowledge of complex inspection tools (micrometers and various gages)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes, work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor
* Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures, and walk, squat, and bend over for intervals at a time

Desired Qualifications:
* Willingness to learn all functions of the warehouse and guide others

* Previous experience in quality control
* Technical degree is desirable

Additional Information:

* Pay range for this role is $20.30 - $26.40
