Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager.
Responsibilities:
*Manage all aspects of QA to ensure all raw materials and product meet company and government standards
*Confirm the performance of testing and inspection on products and packaging quality assurance program
*Responsible for the implementation of the company's quality assurance programs and improvement
*Develop, review and audit SOPs
*Monitor raw materials & recommend waste reduction actions
*Ensure sanitation standards are followed
*Evaluate process control and improvements
*Provide guidance to direct reports.
*Conduct performance reviews
*Sustain a safe working environment for all employees
Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
*5+ years' overall quality assurance management experience required
*Experience with SPC and ISO9001
*High speed manufacturing experience required
