Hays is partnered with a renowned Real Estate firm looking to bring on a Commercial Property Manager in the Milwaukee area. They have been ranked one of the nation's leading healthcare facility developers for over 22 years.
Your new role
As a Property Manager you will:
Work closely with the Director of Property Management in overseeing medical office commercial buildings
Prepare monthly reports including financial statements, operating and leasing metrics and occupancy and lease expiration status
Communicate regularly with and manage site vendors and contractors
Prepare vendor contracts, reports, and other related documents
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a minimum of 5 years property management experience in Commercial Real Estate (experience with healthcare properties is a plus)
CPM or RPA preferred
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Yardi property management software experience
Bachelor's degree is preferred
