Located in the Southern U.S., we are a rapidly growing Rental Housing organization that is looking for an experience Property Manager to join our team. We provide short term real estate housing to our customers throughout the region of Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. What You Will Be Doing -Maintain property rentals by filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
-Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
-Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
-Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs
-Maintain building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
-Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
-Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
What You Need for this Position -At least 3 years of experience in Residential Property Management
-Motivation for sales
-Negotiation
-Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
-High level of organization and attention to detail
-Competence with office management software
-Professionalism
-Internal communications
What's In It for You Compensation ranging from $50k-$80k DOE
