RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Property Accountant in Arlington, VA.Duties Include:
  • Property Accountant is responsible for preparing and understanding monthly financial statements for commercial properties
  • Preparing escrow draws to lenders, posting journal entries/accruals
  • As a Property Accountant, you will be preparing tenant income projections for annual budgets
  • Completing annual CAM estimates and reconciliations
  • Billing and collection of tenant receivables
  • Property Accountant will abstract and input of new lease/lease amendment information into Commercial Yardi Voyager


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with preparing financials (balance sheet, income statement, knowing when something is off)
  • Someone has dealt with tenants and been the contact for them
  • Yardi
