Project Superintendent If you are a Project Superintendent with Tenant Improvement Construction experience, please read on!

Building since 2012, we have continued to grow over the years to one of the Top General Contractors around Las Vegas. As we continue to grow we continue to look to add top members to our team. We are searching for a Project Superintendent to join our team with strong Tenant Improvement background in the Vegas area. We also have a strong pipeline and looking for someone who is looking for a long term home. Our goal is to treat each team member as a family member and be the project solution for our clients. Building everything from commercial & industrial to multi-family, we like our employees to be well-rounded and involved in each step along the way.

What You Will Be Doing - Lead the team on jobsite from start to completion of T.I. project
- Manage team members on jobsite
- Lead jobsite meetings
- Work directly with Project Manager on project
- Implement project schedule to ensure project is completed on time
What You Need for this Position - At least 2+ years of Superintendent experience
- 2+ years of Tenant Improvement experience
- High School degree or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft software
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
