General Overview
The Project Specialist for PROMs Development supports the build and modification of and quality assurance for patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) questionnaires on the Epic electronic medical records system. Reporting to the Program Manager leading PROMs Development; the Specialist may also be responsible for certain roles or projects that support the MGB PROMs program generally.
Position is hybrid, with possible local travel to Mass General Brigham sites.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Build PROMs questionnaires and approved questionnaire functionality, working in conjunction with MGB Digital's Ambulatory team and policies
Support, conduct and document critical quality assurance reviews of team's work.
Support equity-essential translation of questionnaires and associated copy, working with language access (translation) specialists
For a minority of one's time, support one or more areas of cross-program functionality such as, but not limited to:
Program stakeholder communications (multimedia, email, web content)
Clinician/clinic staff/administrator program training
Clinic tablet procurement and inventory
Research and data initiatives
