The Role:

Reporting to Project Manager to responsible for the overall, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This position is responsible for projects not only originated from China Manufacturing, but also from other Chromalox facilities that the ultimate destination of products or service is in Asia Pacific and China (APAC) region.

This role is located in Ogden, Utah.

Responsibilities:

  • Support PM manager to plan and implement of the project
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff
  • Manage project budget
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Quality assurance
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results
  • Analyze and take measurement for the risks and opportunities of the department or process
  • Use own department's knowledge in management
  • Identify the expected requirements from the relevant party
  • Other duties as assigned through identified and established process improvements.

Required Experience
  • Qualification in project management or equivalent
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Availability Requirement: This role necessitates availability for once or twice a week calls outside of normal office hours to effectively communicate with counterparts in Asia. As part of our global team, it is imperative that the incumbent is able to accommodate these calls to maintain efficient communication channels and foster strong working relationships across different time zones.
