Your new company
Our client are a Chicago based Developer/Builder who have an exemplary reputation in the construction industry both on a local and national level. The group's core sector is multifamily/mixed used developments. Due to growing demands on their business they are now looking to hire a Project Manager II to join their Chicago team.

Your new role
As Project Manager II you will oversee projects ranging from $5million to $50million from concept through to final acceptance. You will be responsible for client proposals, project estimates, contract administration as well as scheduling and costing.

What you'll need to succeed
To apply for this Project Manager II role you will need a minimum of six years experience with a project background in mid to high rise multifamily/mixed builds, with a thorough understanding of construction systems, phasing, logistics, scheduling and estimating.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a base salary of $115k to $130k DOE, as well as an annual bonus and project bonus', This is on top of a comprehensive benefits package. This company will also offer viable opportunities to progress professionally. All projects are based in the Chicagoland area so no travel out of state involved.
