Your new role

As a
Construction Project Manager, you will be delivering high-quality concrete projects. Your role will involve overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. You will collaborate closely with clients and the construction team to plan, design, and execute all phases of construction work. Additionally, you will be responsible for project scheduling, cost estimation, and quality control.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of an
  Associate of Science (AS) degree
  in Construction Management or a related field, or proven hands-on experience in the construction field.
• At least
  3+ years of experience
  in construction project management
• A strong desire to learn and grow within a small business environment, directly under the tutelage of the company owner.
• A thorough understanding of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
