Your new role

You will be spearheading a number of Retail Commercial Construction interior renovation projects throughout the 5 boroughs. You will be responsible for full project lead on a number of projects, reporting into the headquarters based in Garden City, NY and traveling to the project sites when needed. With multiple projects in the pipeline, this is a long-term career opportunity.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years' experience as New York Construction Project Manager
• Retail Interior Fit-out experience required
• Experience on projects valued over $5M preferred
• Full life-cycle experience on previous projects
• Ability to commute to the Garden City Office
