Alteryx is seeking a forward-thinkingProgram Manager, Talent Developmentto join our Global Talent Development team. This team is part of People & Culture Team organization responsible for developing and implementing global learning, onboarding, talent, performance, and Organization Development programs and solutions across Alteryx.

Our team of leaders, facilitators, designers, and program managers work to enrich the career and learning experience of our employees, so they can develop personally and professionally aligned with company goals.

Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Development, the Program Manager, Talent Development will be a critical subject matter expert and contributor responsible for driving & executing the Alteryx Leadership Development roadmap. As we re-imagine Leadership Development, this is an exciting opportunity to develop world-class leaders! This role will be based remotely with occasional travel to our offices in the US and abroad.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Leadership and infuse innovation and industry best practice to our leadership programs
  • Work with business and HR leaders to understand the development needs of leaders across the organization and implement appropriate solutions
  • Design, implement, and manage the next-generation of Alteryx enterprise-wide Leadership Development programs
  • Partner with various stakeholders including instructional designers, vendors, SMEs, Regional Talent Leaders, HRBPs, Business Leaders, Operation Teams, etc. to provide a world-class experience for all participants
  • Apply strong instructional design, adult learning theory with a focus on blended experiential learning to influence and build learning solutions

  • Define the scope, objectives, and timing of the projects, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Create clear, compelling and consistent communications targeted for different programming, levels, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and uptake on programs offered
  • Balance the need for global consistency with local customization, recognizing the value to each approach and finding common ground if there are different needs
  • Assist in leadership assessments, talent reviews and support the succession planning process
  • Facilitate various classroom and virtual sessions for individuals and teams, as needed

  • Oversee vendor relationships for project work and intact team sessions, where applicable
  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability

  • An ability to adapt to changing business landscapes and embrace change
  • Deep L&D Project Management experience, with demonstrated track record of on-time, on-budget, high quality programming
  • Able to quickly diagnose organizational issues and design impactful solutions
  • Work with business leaders, HRBP team, and Talent Development Team to identify gaps in training delivery and implement creative solutions
  • Subject matter specialist in leadership development and OD programs

  • Highly skilled in partnering and managing vendor relationships and deliverables, across multiple program areas
  • Superior presentation, communication and story-telling skills

Compensation

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range is $120,000 to $150,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
