The position: We are seeking a Program Manager II to help us fulfill that mission. The Program Manager II will oversee and manage the production delivery and fulfillment services needed for the administration of ACT products to ensure a successful end-to-end client experience.

Work location: This position can be remote or, if local to the area, can be remote, onsite 100% or a combination of onsite and remote. The ACT Headquarters office is located in Iowa City, Iowa.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related area
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience in progressively responsible roles leading implementation, and/or fulfillment delivery services required
  • Project management experience required
  • Experience with technology and systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, MS Project Schedule and assessment delivery systems
  • Large-scale paper and online assessment delivery experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated strong prioritization and organization skills, including analytical problem solving
  • Demonstrated customer service oriented focus
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong collaborative and facilitative skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated and proven ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and manage to deadlines
It's a plus if you have:
  • Experience in educational assessment industry
  • Agile experience
