Supports the Credentialing Program Manager with Mass General Brigham Radiology clinician credentialing, visa, and compliance processes. Coordinates the onboarding and offboarding needs of the practice's radiologists. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating between colleagues and MGB Radiology on full site credentialing, credentialing by proxy, medical licensure, certificates required for practice, work visas, reappointments, and payor enrollment across multiple provider institutions for up to upwards of 400 Radiologists operating across New England. This position performs all tasks either independently or by collaborating with staff in department divisions. Must be a high performer capable of consistent quality work with well-developed organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and high reliability required.
• Strong communications skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment in dealing with confidential and time-sensitive matters
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and attentiveness to detail required
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently while interacting with a variety of staff at many levels.
• Proficiency with Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with physician and non-physician staff
