Job Description

Summary

Provides professional services delivery as related to infrastructure consulting, design, implementation, configuration and knowledge transfer to Logicalis clients. Performs under general direction and guidance from Professional Services Consultants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with performing implementations of overall solutions for clients, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.
• Assists subject matter experts in executing project deliverables.
• Works with Professional Services Consultants to gather client requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts and implementations.
• Assists with delivery of consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis' clients.
• Works with RMO and PMO in scheduling and managing engagements.
• Assists with performing assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning.
• Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement activities on occasion.
• Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.
• Builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.
• Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation management.
• Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
• Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
• Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications

Equivalent combination accepted.

Education

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Experience / Technical Requirements

• 3 year experience in technical delivery role working with technology solutions, product and services that meet client's business needs.
• 2 Years of Infrastructure migration, troubleshooting, and implementation experience in the following area's:
  • Microsoft 365 Implementations and migrations.
  • Microsoft Teams.
  • Microsoft Teams with Direct Routing.
  • Enterprise Mobility + Security
    • Microsoft Endpoint Manager
      • Intune and Config Manager
  • Azure Active Directory Premium (P1/P2)
  • Azure Information Protection
  • Azure Threat Protection
  • Active Directory - experience with upgrades and migrations.
  • PowerShell scripting.
• Exposure to essential business skills.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.

Certifications

• Relevant vendor/manufacturer certifications based on specific area.
• Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
