Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Professional Development Facilitator at Behavioral Health Network! Professional Development Facilitators deliver training program content developed by external training programs, as well as by Behavioral Health Network employees. Training content includes CPR and CPI, Water Safety, Safe Driving, and residential support training, among others. In addition, Professional Development Facilitator also develops online and Intranet course material to be available to BHN employees.
This position provides a range of functions with the DPD unit to address the training needs of staff at BHN. This may include system administrative work with the Learning Management system, facilitating various trainings, creating graphical content based on materials provided by subject matter experts (SME's), learning to teach trainings, and managing on-line or in person trainings.
