Job Description Summary

Employee directs and organizes the production operations and maintains the standard policies and procedures of the company. This person oversees all production and warehouse employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety culture
  
• Accomplishes all production requirements
  
• Schedules the next day's production
  
• Monitors inventory & orders raw material required for production
  
• Leads and maintains all safety and plant policies
  
• Oversight of Quality
  
• Coordinates with maintenance to assure efficient running systems
  
• Operate all machines and equipment
  
• Performs other duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
  
• Four years' experience in a related manufacturing organization preferred
  
• Must be forklift certified
  
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
  
• Must maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
