What the job entails:

• Lead the charge: Supervise your crew to smash daily production goals, ensuring top-notch quality and food safety every step of the way.
• Safety first: Keep your team and yourself safe and sound, religiously following all procedures and OSHA regulations.
• USDA and customer are king: Meet and exceed the strictest USDA and customer specs, because nothing leaves their factory without looking and tasting magnificent!
• Cleanliness: Maintain sparkling sanitation standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate like a boss with other departments to solve problems and make the most of every resource.

You'll need to bring:

• A High School Diploma (college degree a bonus, but hunger and hustle are worth their weight in gold!)
• 3+ years of experience in a USDA food processing facility (bonus points for ready-to-eat expertise!)
• At least 2 years of leading a production team as a supervisor.
• USDA and HACCP knowledge are mandatory (HACCP certification is a golden star!).
• Union experience is a plus, but a team player attitude is a must!
• Night owl status and weekend warrior spirit are essential (the shift will be Monday thru Friday 4 PM to 2 AM, with some weekends mandatory).
