Job Description:

Your work as a Strategy Associate will directly and visibly contribute to our overall strategy and success of our organizational goals. You will develop and present high-quality recommendation and deliverables for executive level consumption and actively contribute to associated strategy and execution discussions. You will use storytelling skills to persuasively communicate your recommendations to executives and influence decisions by building consensus. Your collaboration with senior leaders will build lasting relationships with them to support your growth and development and skills learned will allow the right candidate to move into data science, strategy or product roles. You will play a key role in defining, tracking, and developing narratives around key business metrics tied to our financial commitments across people, tools, processes and initiatives. You will also Support business planning processes and assist with developing strategic capabilities across the organization. You will also have the chance to shape organizational communications and coordinate and facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews; manage meeting agendas and execute pre-/post-meeting activities such as communications, organizing speakers, collecting and preparing compelling content for executive consumption

Requirements :
  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience (pre-MBA), or recent MBA graduates, post-MBA experience with at least 2 years in management consulting, tech strategy, "bizops" roles or corporate strategy
  • Possess strong analytical and financial abilities to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision and be successful in a team environment
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to work with senior executives across various geographies Authoring and delivering high-impact presentations and plans
  • Balancing urgent and effective action, commitment to excellence, and taking initiative to resolve problems, holding internal stakeholders accountable where appropriate
  • Good working knowledge of high-tech/fintech industry, with demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly in new areas
  • Excel in all areas of strategy development, including project management, business analysis, problem solving, verbal and written communication, consensus building, and people development
